Our bending machine handles mild steel up to 12mm thick, and our hydraulic pipe bender takes pipe up to 2 inches. Where a standard tool will not give the profile you need, we make custom dies and punches.

A bend is only useful if it matches the drawing, so the first part off a new die is checked against the profile before the rest of the batch is run.
We set up on tooling that suits the section and the radius, which is what keeps pipe from flattening and plate from cracking at the bend line.
Where a job calls for a radius no standard tool will produce, we cut the die for it in-house rather than compromise the profile.
